Elaine Murphy
With more than 30 years of experience in the beauty business, Elaine is a true veteran stylist. After owning her own salon and spa, then teaching the next generation of stylists, Elaine is back with Beauty Lounge right here in Torrington. Every day, she has the opportunity to make other people feel and look their best, something she has a true passion for. She also loves to pair salon services with the experience of skincare treatments for a healthier state. She always uses and recommends natural products to maintain a natural look. Elaine continues her education even now in order to consistently grow; enabling her to provide any needs her clients may have.

Val has always had a passion for creativity and is grateful to have a career where she can showcase her talents while making others feel great about themselves. After owning a salon in Florida, Val brought her talents back here to service the northwest corner of Connecticut. For her own preferences, Val enjoys foiling, coloring, and blowing out hair; working with a person's hair texture and head shape to create a style that not only looks good when they leave the salon but also holds a style until their next visit.
